On 21st august, my friends, sister and i went 2 swimming lesson. Then we go change our shirt... After that play in the pool awhile as we was w8ting for coach n other students... Then we started playing... After a while, 1 of my friends, carrick , leg cramped... Then another friend of mine, Augustine , helped him relieve the pain by pressing the toes up... then after that my sis cramp.... then class started.... my sis n i swim... Augustine leg oso cramp... then while i was going 2 finish my last lap, my leg cramp.... so sad... all of us cramp except Jia Quan... He so gd... my sis n i swam 8 laps of frog style, free style n back stroke(only legs). very tired... :(  then go home watch TV... then wat happen? nth happen... haha...
